1962 MGA Mark II 1600 roadster. Powerd by a 1622cc 4 cylinder engine with a 4 speed manual gearbox. The "A" model was manufactured from 1955 to 1962 and there were 8,719 examples produced in both roadster and fixed head coupe configurations. The Mark II 1600 model was made only in 1960-62 and was distinguished from earlier MGA's by a larger engine, higher 4:1 rear axle ratio, recessed grill, vinyl covered dash, and tail lights mounted below the boot lid. |
