Sample Sellers Consignment Form

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR US TO SELL YOUR CAR:

1. Title (ownership certificate) ~ this must be in our consignors name unless you are a licensed dealer.

2. Copy of registration or proof of non-op status (only needed if your car is California registered)

3. California Smog Certificate for all vehicles 1976 or newer (must be dated within 60 days of the auction)

4. The Seller Consignment Form includes all terms and conditions, as well as all required information about you and your car. This is what the auctioneer reads from when your car is on the auction block. Once you book your spot in the auction, this contract will be mailed to you to fill out and mail back to us.
