Basking in the 90 degree sunshine, the McCormick auction company celebrated it’s 30 year anniversary with their 60th auction, February 26th, 27th & 28th at a brand new, purpose built auction location along side the Palm Springs Convention Center. The new location allowed for bigger tents and a more open layout.

A total of 337 vehicles went home with new buyers at the Keith McCormick’s Nov. 26-28 Palm Springs Collector Car Auction, generating $6.8 million in sales. Of the total of 538 cars passing through the auction tent, a total of 337 sold, a 63% sales rate.          

The star of the auction, Lot # 326, a 1964 Phantom V Rolls Royce limo in pristine condition, sold for $199,000.  (inc. 5% buy fee)

The next auction will be November 18th, 19th & 20th at the Palm Springs Convention Center in Palm Springs. The convention center location is new, but the office and showroom at 244 N. Indian Canyon Drive in downtown Palm Springs will remain at the same.
