    Owner Comments:
Mileage: 78, 300 (original miles) Originally Purchased from Harry Maher Pontiac, in N. Hollywood, CA on May 13, 1963. Resided most of it's life in Burbank, CA (1963 – 2003) and in Orange, CA (2003 to present). I purchased car from the original Owner's Family in 2003 with 66,265 miles on the odometer. I am the second Owner of this, well maintained, family Station Wagon. This vehicle is pretty much 'original' except for maintenance items and accessory Items I have added (Engine Instrumentation, Factory Dash Clock, Seat belts, rear-facing 3rd Row Seat, new carpet, door seals and the new exterior paint in 2020. I have the Original purchase paperwork, the Original User's Manual and Sales Brochures. Basic Equipment: Factory Power Brakes, Steering, Trailer Hitch and removeable Ball Mount. 389 Cu In - low compression V-8 (with 2-Barrel Carburetion). Automatic Transmission (3-Speed Roto-Hydramatic). Fresh custom Repaint in the Factory color: 'Yorktown' Blue Metallic – Clearcoat. Original Accessories: Decor Group: Original Tri-color Vinyl Upholstery, deluxe Front Seat Padding and color-keyed carpet and 'Ventura’ Clear Steering Wheel and horn rim. Lamp Group: Dash Reading Light, Swivel-Ceiling Map Light. Mirror Group: Factory Dual Rearview Mirrors (Front fender mounted, Driver’s is Remote). Deluxe Pushbutton AM Radio. Electric Tailgate Window (with dash remote Switch and exterior Key switch). Trailer Group: Rear Receiver Hitch, removeable Ball mount and Lighting and Brake Connector. 4-Ply Polyester W.W. Tires and Full-Size Stainless Turbine look Wheel Covers. Dealer Installed York Under-dash Air Conditioning system. Upgrades/repairs – since purchasing the vehicle in 2003…I have added: New coil Springs, Bushings and Gas Shocks - Front axel. Load-Leveler Air Shocks and bushings - Rear Axel. Water, Fuel and Oil Pumps replaced and Carburetor rebuilt. Radiator ‘re-cored’ and pressure tested, 5050 mixture - Prestone coolant used. All new Hoses and Belts, and ignition parts. Gas Tank R &R and treated with baked-on 'Renu' - lifetime anti-rust process. Transmission R &R for new seal kit gaskets installed. New Universal Joints (2) on Drive Shaft - replaced. Extra spare Rim and proper size Tire purchased for spare (to fit in the rear fender compartment). All Windows, Doors and Locks serviced and functioning, smoothly, for the age... Electric Tailgate Window “Up Down function” works, but “Up” has never been “speedy”. New Carpet OEM Floormats/ Seatbelts – throughout, with Front belt Retractors installed. “Pontiac monogrammed” Visor Make-up Mirror added for passenger use. Rear-facing third Seat (Two Passenger) installed. Added Safety Instrumentation: AutoMeter gauges: Temp, Oil, Vacuum (2-1/16"), under-dash, and Tachometer 3-38" on side. Factory NOS dash Clock installed (rebuilt/upgraded to a more reliable Digital clock movement). Car’s Condition: Engine and Transmission have been recently service and operate normally. Car drives and handles well for 1960’s car expectations. Car to be driven to Palm Springs from Orange, CA. Deficiencies: Interior shows some minor wear and slight discoloring (original factory upholstery). Ventura Steering Wheel - Lucite Clear portion has some checking yellowing as expected). Radial tires installed for stability and are Firestone FRS-380 Tires. They are in fair condition, but are Out of Date (more than four years old and need replacement). AC operates, but does not chill (probably needs seals, again, and an R-12 Recharge). Cabin Heater Core is disconnected - needs replacement. (a 12V Electric Heater is provided). Vehicle drips some Engine and Transmission oil (not excessive, but that is a subjective statement
