Approx 400 hours of custom fabrication in reinforced frame, custom rockers, custom long-arm suspension and a solid front axle conversion. The long arm suspension parts are by Rubicon Express, the shocks are FoxRacing and Bilstein, the front axle is a combo of a XJ Cherokee D30 with Warn Cromoly inner and outer shafts, WJ Grand Cherokee knuckles and WJ front brakes, GM 3/4 ton TRE's. The rear axle is a trussed 8.15, four link long arm, both diffs have lockers, front is an Aussie locker, rear a Detroit locker. Tires are new 35 inch Good Year Kevlar MTR's mounted on Mickey Tompson blacked out 15x8 Aluminum rims. This Jeep is further equipped with a Superior 9000lbs winch, custom 2 Jerry Can holder mounted to tailgate door, a custom front bumper by Fabtech, a custom rear bumper and spare tire swing-out carrier, full spare tire. The hood is equipped with GenRight hood louvers and a TuffStuff Axe&Shovel hood mounting kit, and the list goes on and on... This Jeep drives great, and is ready to meet any challenge.
