1964 impala SS two door, an original un restored, un molested example of a 33000 mile car. This car was a one owner car that is a complete matching number vehicle, 283 cu in motor with a two barrel, automatic transmission, power steering and dealer installed Air Conditioning, the car also has wire wheel hub caps and dual rear antennas. It is totally stock un cut and in excellent original condition. Original motor just resealed and new timing chain, belts, hoses and serviced. The original paint has some miscellaneous chips, a small rust blister on both Driver and passenger lower fenders only on the outside of the sheet metal, Driver side rear lower quarter also only to the outside sheet metal. Floors and trunk are good and not rusted out as seen in the photos. Being original paint we know that the 64 has never sustained any damage, no bondo or filler. All doors, hood, trunk, and windows align properly. The sides are very straight; all glass is in good condition. It is complete with all of its original trim and bright work. Interior is red and the car has bucket seats, the interior is all original with the acceptation of the driver seat, the beading on the top half of the top seat was peeling so we recently just had that piece replaced, carpets are original and there is a small wear hole to the driver side up against the door pillar, dash, door panels, headliner, gauges all in good condition as well as the original trunk that carries the original bia ply spare tire. Windows operate smooth, all interior lights including courtesy lights are working as well as cigarette lighter and ac. The 283 motor runs very nice with lots of power, no strange noises or smoking, and the automatic transmission shifts nicely thorough the gears and kicks down hard when pressed. Recent exhaust system due to the age of the original and recent front end work to keep this SS going straight, tires are good and brakes work well. This is not a car that has chopped, cut, or put back together, it has never been apart and is a very nice original SS the wiring is un cut and original.
