This one really pops. To prepare for auction installed new seals under the front and back lids, inspected and touched up any paint imperfections, cleaned the inside and convertible top, installed new cardboard liners under front bonnet, and sand blasted and repainted the wheels. More than $11,000 has been spent renovating this beauty. This car was in possession of the previous owner for over a decade and he had really enjoyed it. He purchased it in L.A. and drove it back to Seattle without incident. During the time it was in his care, he restored much on the mechanical components of the car with the intention of a full restoration at some point but was unable to move forward with the overall completion of the car. This is a very nice example of a 420 that has been well maintained; a California car that has always been garaged and not abused. Much has been done to this car to make it reliable mechanically but very little has been done cosmetically. The paint is the original color (Willow Green) but just completed a total quality repaint.
