My first owner Edwin O Marriott purchased me as birthday gift for his wife Elizabeth B Marriott. In 1986 I was purchased by my current owner (BILL) and brought to B.C canada to be driven on high days and holidays. I have been loved enjoyed and kept as original as possible. Winters were spent in storage. The last 9 years I have been back in Palm Springs with my owner (BILL) where I show myself off all round town... Off frame paint job done in 2004 have pictures/original hard top/ have a black soft top not original to the car, but is from a 1957 T-Bird. The number 6 shown between the exterior and interior color code is Fords code for a deviation from normal blue exterior / blue interior, a deviation towards the end of the production was to use a Black dash pad - steering wheel - floor - seat - so the interior color deviation is factory order not aftermarket verified on vin plate. Makes me special. Engine has never been rebuilt repairs done as required. Original owner's manual- key and leather key tag - jack - water bag- Have Ford Motor Company invoices 2 of them, the car was RE- BILLED. A/C -Town and Country Radio. Original vacuum operated windshield wipers-no heater or window vents car was built for southern California.
