1980 Porsche 928 5-speed. Terrific early 928 with a 5-speed. She wears her original color of Grand Prix White over Dark Blue leather interior. These early 5-speed 928s are a bit rare becoming more and more desirable and appreciated. Her 4.7 liter all aluminum V8 fires up instantly and provides excellent power while going through the gears. She wears the original and correct 16- inch phone dial wheels with plenty of good rubber. The original Blaupunkt stereo is included but there is currently a later model stereo installed, along with an included CD changer. The original tool kit is all intact. Weather stripping is all good. The navy blue interior is clean, with no damage to the leather seats. The car has 110,000 miles, and the timing belt and water pump were replaced less than 3,000 miles ago. She was serviced less than 200 miles ago with synthetic engine and transmission oil. All the instruments and electrics work as they should, even the sunroof and cruise control. The A/C blows very cold. Included with the sale is a complete set of factory 928 service manuals, as well as a folder of service history and some spare parts, including a Y-pipe straight exhaust. Since these photos were taken a new hood pad was installed and she has been fully professionally detailed. She is ready to be driven and enjoyed. These have been rapidly escalating in value and clean ones in original condition are getting more and more difficult to find.
