I purchased this Nomad in 1978. I drove it for some time and then it went into indoor storage for many years. Research revealed that this Nomad was a special order and the only one factory produced in the #599 color combination. The #599 color combo (Sea Mist green over Neptune green) was not available standard on 55 Nomads. - The Nomad has undergone a complete frame on restoration. Everything needed to return it to original specifications was preformed – paint, interior, brakes, etc. During the restoration process a 350 engine and transmission and power steering were added for performance and ease of driving. - Prior to restoration the Nomad had only 57, 894 miles and has 700 plus miles since.
